If you're interested in becoming one of our event vendors please fill out the application below and attach photos. We will review all applications prior to payment, once approved we will hold your spot for 7 days without payment. Booth payments can be made on our booth payments page. All booth payments are non-refundable. We limit each sales category to not oversaturate a given category and we will only accept one vendor per direct selling company. All vendors for our April 2023 show will also be featured with your company bio and attached logo and photos you will be asked to provide below on our Vendor List page from the time of signup until after the event occurs. We get a ton of visitors to our site daily through all our channels of marketing and your vendor biography will be listed there. So please make sure you attach photos of products that you want listed on the site. Your vendor bio will be added within a few days of secured payment. So the earlier you signup the longer your bio will be advertised.
This particular show will be heavily marketed online, our traditional street signs, tv and radio campaigns as well as in print ads. It is sure to be a HUGE event. Vendor spaces are limited and certain categories are sure to fill up fast and are filled on a first come first serve basis. If an application is accepted you will be notified by email and will then have 7 days to complete payment on the website. If payment is not made within 7 days then the vendor space is no longer held. You may pay by check but we ask to let us know ahead of time. Please message us with any questions at info@thenationalcraftshow.com
* We have the entire building renting so please check out event maps for each ballroom
**Setup is April 1st at 8am all vendors must bring their own chairs, tables or any other setup shelving for your booth space.
*** The Town of Amherst does NOT require any additional permits for being a vendor. Only requirement to participate in the show is a completed application, application approval and booth payment.
****COLOR STREET, PAPARAZZI, SCENSTY, TUMBLERS AND ALL SUBLIMATION APPAREL/ACCESSORY SPOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED. Any applications received for these spots will be placed directly on a waitlist for cancellations and future shows.
****All baked goods/dessert vendors may fill out an application for a future show however we are unable to accommodate any more dessert vendors for Spring
